Could not have been more impressed! Patrick and Fred were an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, efficient, friendly and respectful throughout. Our move involved a trip to Geelong, followed by deliveries to two separate addresses, one in Geelong and one in Melbourne. Nothing was too much trouble. The furniture was carefully packed, handled and delivered with great care. Five stars without hesitation - highly recommended!

Can't speak highly enough about this company. If you're someone who is in two minds about performing/organising your house move yourself, or has second thoughts about hiring a removalist service - LET THIS ERASE ALL DOUBTS.
First and foremost the move started with punctuality. A big yes for me. My move had 3 different pickup locations across Melbourne, with in-house furniture assemblies and rearranging at one of the intermediate pickup locations AND the final drop-off location, as well as seamlessly scheduling a Facebook marketplace couch purchase between pickups. They handled it all flawlessly and sequenced the pack efficiently so that fragile items were arranged securely. I was nervous about moving the furniture into my new apartment as it is a rental and I wanted to avoid marking walls/floors but Get It Gone didn't leave any trace.
At no point did the move feel rushed, like some other companies, and at the end of the day, they rounded the price DOWN to the nearest quarter hour, rather than the industry standard of rounding UP to the nearest HALF hour. Even used the truck to drop me off at my car afterwards. No careless and rushed manual handling. No thoughtless, risky, or unsecure packing. No unprofessional use of public accessways or building spaces. No half-done assemblies. No greed.
After using Get It Gone, you will never allow yourself to do your own move again, and you'll be left questioning why you didn't use them sooner. Highly recommend this company.

What a hard working crew. Phil and Callum worked for eleven hours, packing up my belongings and unpacking at the other end.
They were organised and methodical and took great care of my belongings.
Moving must be one of life’s more stressful events. Their calm and good humour helped me get through the day. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Phil and his team were on time to the job and meticulous in moving my possessions during a high conflict situation. Callum and Kostas who were assigned to this job, were particularly incredible with their communication and support, by moving all items as if they were their own possessions with everything stored with care. They negotiated a large bookshelf with ease ensuring everything was packed safely.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I needed a range of kitchenware transported from Glen Iris down to Blairgowrie for a renovation, including a boutique oven I was quite nervous about moving. The team handled everything with incredible care and professionalism, making the entire process completely stress-free.
Not only was the service seamless, but the pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of attention and care given to delicate items.

Fantastic outfit and professional from the get go - from the admin. to the lads that break a back to move you, they were faultless. This was, for such a matter, a pain free experience, not something that one usually associates when moving. I cannot recommend this organistion highly enough. We gave them an absolute nightmare of a job today — including carrying a long, heavy piece of marble down eight flights of stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the goods lift 😬 — and they handled it with total grace, care and professionalism. It’s been a very long time since I engaged a professional moving company to help me move house. I have to say the experience I had with Sam and Campbell of Getitgone couldn’t be more happier and positive. They were courteous, professional, efficient, careful and considerate. Phil & his crew.. absolute guns.. "NO" isn't in their vocabulary.. it was always "Yes" no problem.. "YES" we can do that.. always with a smile on their face and a real "CAN DO" attitude.. they even disassembled our huge steel chicken coop to get it in the truck. Fast & efficient.. and careful with our stuff and careful with our walls and doors. Moving is always painful & stressful.. but Phil & his crew did their best to eliminate our pain & stress. Get it Gone Australia are the BEST!! I have engaged them at least 8 times over the past 3 years. I first used them when they started and have since referred many local and rural friends.
